juice processing line

A juice processing line is an assembly of systems and equipment to manufacture juices from whole fruits. Step 1: Wash those babies – excluding the fact that your sunkissed, ripe fruit probably has dirt and germs on it. Once they are hand washed, the fruits need to be lubricated so they shine and look ready for packing. They are checked by the workers and robots to separate those who had gone bad. The fruits then go through a special machine that will peel, seed and de-pulp the parts we can't eat. This means that only the best parts of fruit will be utilized in making the juice.

Juicer: After the fruit is ripe, juicers are used to squeeze them and produce juice. It is a large press that helps to bring out all of the juice. Juice afterwards is filtered to remove any remaining fruit residue (pulp or seeds). The juice is then bottled, heated to destroy any germs and sealed so that it can be transported to shops for you and your family.

Exploring the juice processing line

A juice processing line employs special machines to extract the juice from fruits, but with as much of the fruit healthy and nutrient-rich end up in bottles. The machines provide a gentle squeezing and are not hot or aerated. This is very critical as heat and air can damage the ingredients of commercial fresh fruit drinks. BUT…if you have juice, then it better be high quality because otherwise not only does the taste go down but also your health benefits from it.

In order to have healthy juice, the process line for this type of juice also heats the juice and keeps it at a certain temperature for only a few seconds. This method is referred to as pasteurization, and it will kill any harmful bugs that can make you unwell whilst also extending the juice shelf life. However, we should be aware that juice can lose some of its taste or beneficial properties is heated up. That is why doing this step properly is really important, so the juice still tastes good.
