2、How it works

The raw material enters the upper crushing device from the feeding hopper, the upper crushing device presses the raw material open, the lower crushing device squeezes the raw material again, the raw material after two levels of extrusion has been basically separated from the skin and seeds, and falls into the separation device, the seed falls from the sieve hole, the skin is discharged from the tail, the seed and the juice go directly into the juice process, and the material is evenly discharged to the scraper and the screen in the slurry tray. Due to the slewing effect of the scraper and the existence of the lead angle, the trajectory of the movement is spiral along the cylinder to the outlet end, and the material is rubbed by centrifugal force in the process of moving between the scraper and the sieve barrel, and the juice is directly discharged from the juice outlet through the filtration of the screen, and the seeds are discharged from the slag hopper to achieve the purpose of automatic separation.

3、Installation, adjustment, use, operation

1. Tighten the bolts on the whole machine.
2.  Adjust the level of the whole machine, clean the inside and outside of the whole machine, and keep it clean.
3. The bearings and reducer parts are required to be well lubricated, and the lubricating oil of the specified number is added regularly.
